I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider and more specific to the service of Ankur Kamble. For 2 days we were unable to use Rain because of the debit order that did not go through. When the money was available to be deducted I phoned Rain and told them I want to make the payment in order for me to be re-connected. I spoke to 3 different people and all of them just escalated the problem without giving me a solution. Ankur answered my phone call on a Friday afternoon and immediately deducted the debit order and I was re-connected. If more people can work like him the world will be a better place.
