I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider and in particular about their Customer Success Operative Mr Siphiwe Kubeka. Rain quality of service has improved over the years and find their 5G product on the 101pro of excellent value. Also their customer service, from past experience, has recently improved substantially. I recently had a complex wifi mesh and capacity problem at my premises and as a result had the pleasure of interacting with Rain's CSO Mr Siphiwe Kubeka. I found his dedication and professionalism excellent. Also his knowledge has helped me understand my problem so that i can navigate towards its solution. Thank you Rain.
