I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider- After what felt like my worse nightmare coming through for ignoring the bad reviews i received about Rain after sales service, a silver lining by the name of ELLEN DINAKE came through for me, with a clear, compassionate knowledgable, reassuring voice and prompt solution. This was after 8 calls and 4 of those rerouted to India (with no help at all, nor could they discern my issue even give me the correct info). Thank you ELLEN you are a shining beacon of restored hope and trust in the brand. I hope you grow from strength to strength and your hard work recognised and acknowledged. (P.S.
