I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. I called to upgrade my service to get the new package with two sim cards. After speaking to 4 people in different departments I was eventually told that I could not get the new package. I would have to cancel my subscription and then re-apply.for the new package. I was also told that I have 100 mega bit download and upload speeds which I queried because videos buffer and take a while to download. The operator could not answer as to why this was so. I would not recommend anyone get Rain as an internet service provider. They advertise something that you cannot purchase or upgrade to and of late, their 5g service has been intermittent.
