I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. My support agent was Mervin. Mervin is very knowledgeable across all areas of the business. He was able to inform me very quickly that the tower I normally connect to is down, and gave me the correct advice on what to do so that I can connect to another tower. What surprised me most, is when I tried to sort out a billing issue I've been having, he was able to assist there as well. No transfer to another agent! And to top it all off, he was very patient with me while I tried to update my card details. 5 star service from Mervin! He was excellent. He should be the manager of the managers! Stellar performance that any employer should be super proud of!
