I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. From where I am staying rain hase a very poor coverage and so informed them of such. When I contacted rain was recieved by one consuktand who goes by the name of Bongiwe. She was so arrogant and dismissive over my case. Told me I should pay and outstanding balance, cancel then rain will come and collect their router. Did no eplain the process not had any intent to i listen to my concerns with regards to outstanding balance. Very disappointed indeed... 🤦🏼♂️
