I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. This is the worst service provider IV dealt with thus far. Their consultants don't know what they are doing. I have been trying to cancel this service from the beginning of March. Nobody seems to know anything and in the meantime they continue to debit my account when I am not even using their service.
