I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. I struggled alot to clear my issue i had with many emails and calls. After the 5 attempt a spoke to an Agent Aira who manage to solve my problem within 5 min.. She did not once said she will send my complain to a department or try to get rid of me she was pacient, friendly and very help full. I honestly think the Company need more Agents like her
