I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. I few weeks ago I requested a call as I wanted to upgrade with the new Rain1. I eventually called in as I was a little impatient and spoke to Emihle Maqungo. Due to costs involved for the upgrade I requested that she calls me back on the 31st Jan where we could proceed. To my surprise she did call me back, she was very efficient and assisted me promptly. Her level of professionalism also, top tier 👌 thank you Emihle 😊 you are truly an asset to Rain and customer service in general need more people like yourself. We'll done !! Kind regards, Waseela
