I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. My router was faulty and had it replaced with a new one however the service was off for a month after paying multiple calls was logged, personal calls was made ended up speaking to consultants in the United States (dunno why) eventually I got hold of Tash (not sure what her full name is) She made everything so satisfying by constantly keeping me updated the second router ended up to be faulty to which means I was going to be without internet for 2months, she made sure my 3rd router was delivered, updated me with the courier peoples whereabouts credited my account for 2 months and I haven't experienced any problem. People like Tash sure need a promotion for exceptional customer service going above and beyond. Thank you Tash I will forever be grateful.
