Phumeza Veza was the best consultant after had gone through four different call centre operators who seemed to have no clue on what they were talking about and completely failed to understand my issue. Phumeza Veza. Has a comprehensive product knowledge, great articulation, amazing customer service and went an extra mile to update me on every issue until it was completely resolved unlike the operator before her. Who was rude, zero product knowledge and poor articulation Again thank you very much to Phumeza Veza keep up the good work.
