I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. Shout out to Mikhail Ford for your excellent service. I've been struggling with my internet for weeks. The support wasn't one of the greatest either, only when i decided to cancel i received a call. Swooping in like a superhero, Mikhail gave me alternative options to improving my RAIN experience. He's not even in support. @Rain. Take note, this is how customer service is done. Give that man a raise
