I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. I’m a new Rain Internet Service Provider and the service so far it’s been terrible, they dont prioritise the needs of their customers. I’ve requested call backs more than ones and I even called waisting my airtime for them to only tell me I have to wait yet again for an activation. The support line is not helpful as well. I’m currently stuck with a router that’s not activated. I’m a new customer to this service provider and I regret waisting my time with giving them a chance.
