I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. My entire order was incorrect to what I had requested online. I was told I could not use the payment link of the day before because its expired which I doubt was the case. All the agent needed to do was send me the payment link for the order I requested the day before. I requested 100mbps I received 30. I requested a booster, nothing was added. Now I have to wait once my order is collected and request everything online again. Don't even know if the color I requested will be available 🙄
