I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. I've been with rain for the past 4 years now. I just upgraded my router. Today on May 22nd, I experienced some network issues and gave rain a call. Consultant by the name Daniel assisted me. He was able to fix my network issue, also provided me with reason why I was experiencing issues. He also made sure to check with billing to see if I would not be billed double because of the upgrade. This all because, in his words: I'm just concerned" I am in absolute auw of the amazing service provider. Thank you rain, and thank you Daniel. Thank you for always ensuring that you assist your clients. I never wait more than 1-2 minutes for my call to be picked up and I'm always happy once im done with a call. Im ecstatic ‼️😄
