I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. The customer service is poor. I had requested cancelation for my 4G package as I have upgraded to the Rain(One) package since October. In November they charged me for both packages unnecessarily and have done so even for the month of December. I logged a query with Rajkumar Khanapurkar from customer service and he promised me that they will credit the amount before the debit goes off my bank account. They have double-debited me😡. Poor service. Now I have been trying to get through to them and their line keeps cutting me off.
