I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. I was very surprised with the service I received from rain. I called with the intention to fight coz I expected the agents to be rude. That was not the case. I spoke to 3 ppl in different departments. Each one was friendly and willing to assist. I managed to cancel my package and upgrade to a better package. I'm excited to receive my new product. Thanks rain excellent customer service!!
