I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. I have had an issue with my imternet and phoned the office a couple of times regarding the same issue. We went through different processes a couple of times with me speaking to several different consultants but the issue still remained. Tonight I spoke to Lunga and for the first time i got very clear steps to follow and at last without any struggle he was the only one to not only fix my problem but also providing me with clear imstructions and the solution to the problem where there was not even any need to struggle but his knowledge seems to be a lot more that all 5 other consultants i spoke to that tried to help and allthough speaking with them for hours could not fix my problem. Exelent service recieved by Lunga within 15 minutes the problem was solved.
