I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. They advertise and sell the product as pay in advance. Yet after cancellation 2 x payments deducted from my bank. Now trying to convince me it is pay after usage. The internet is abuzz regarding the same issues. Why are they allowed to get away with this. Which regulatory body should be investigating this blatant theft
