I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider

I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider. After a week of calling about my router being inactive and other consultants promising to assist me but failed to do so, I finally met Oscar over the phone and he assisted me tremendously. I have confirmation that my router is now active and I have internet access at home. I am extremely appreciative towards Oscar and I would like to give him a 12/10 for his service. He was kind, patient, humorous and helpful. So thank you Oscar! You are a star!
