I would like to write a review about Rain

I would like to write a review about Rain. Initially the service was very good. We however experienced very poor signal at our residence. We had 2 technicians from Rain at our home. They also confirmed that the reception is very poor. The router does not work. I cancelled my subscription on the 1st of June, sent an email. I have made numerous calls to Rain. Nobody gets back to me regarding the cancellation. I received messages from Rain reminding of the installment, although I have cancelled the subscription. It is not acceptable. Very quick to make the sale, but when you cancel the service change dramatically
