I would like to write a review about.. In particular.. JOEY-LEE GALANT.. an employee in the support team at Rain. She is the most helpful and friendly lady I have ever dealt with on any support team. She addressed all my issues and questions professionally and even called back the next day at the exact time she said she would. She gets the 5 stars. To Rain.. Invest in this lady.. you won't be sorry.
