I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider.. I would like to really commend rain one of there consultants NOBUHLE CYNTHIA MABE.. after trying for several days to get my router issue sorted.. And highly frustrated as I am working from home and needed thiis issue to be sorted out urgently.. After speaking to 4 call center agents and getting no joy.. I attempted a last call and she went the extra mile and really made my day.. Within a few hrs of speaking to her I had my new router and was up and running... Having more agents like her that are willing to go beyond their normal duties is something RAIN shiudm strive for. Keep up the good work Cynthia..
