I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider I was just about to cancel my policy with rain until I spoke to a lovely lady by the name of Zama Mntungwa who not only saved the product but went the extra mile of following up with me on a regular basis and also being patient throughout the whole process.. Rain needs more people like her in the retention department…even though my network is still isn’t working properly but I have faith in rain again that the matter will be resolved as soon as possible… Give that lady a round of applause 👏
