I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider Upon taking the contract with Thabo Matsolo I was told to pay a R1 fee which I paid and explained to me R400 will be debit from my account as first debit order then the following month a fee of R595 will be my premium go front but to my surprise in the course of this month I got a debit order of R1 150,61 which was not discussed with me when I call to look for an explanation they telling the agent provided me with incorrect information my question is don’t they train their staff I am very absent with this kind of service and the following month they still want to debit me R595 after taking double the prorate of R400 plus the agreed premium of R595 equals to R995 not sure why I was deducted R1 150,61 I’m moving my business else where
