I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider...I was so close to canceling my rain subscription because for the past week their internet connection was slow and none of the help from agents was helping....and then today i decided to call again...An agent by the name of Ongezwa really came through for me, she kept on calling me back to check if the issue was resolved she even gave me the source of the slow internet connection and what to do the next time it happens again...5 stars for your service Ongezwa....I won't cancel my rain subscription this month and it all because of you.
