I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider I would rate it 0 out of 10.... I have opted for pay as you use internet connection, but I was in an area without coverage from April until mid May, I was billed for those months.. And I now paid R579... Now my account is locked because they say I have an outstanding amount of R265... At which I really don't understand... My account is supposed to be billed 1st of Each month but I am billed on the 25th or sometimes earlier than that... I'm not happy about paying for something I didn't use.... And why my account is locked when is not even month end yet...
