I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider... I loved the fact that the agent took time to understand the query both verbally and systematically. Would like for her to consult more if she's not sure of how to answer a question... Am in CS myself and understand her role very well as first line support... Loved the supervisors friendliness and sense of urgency to matter... All in all 9/10 service given !
