I would like to write a review about Rain Internet Service Provider... Worse customer service experience. Sesakhe was short with me, you could tell she was disinterested in trying to assist. I asked a direct question and she failed to answer, not even attempt to answer. She can confidently mention POPI as though she knows what she's talking about, well done on attending training but your understanding is very minimal. There was no resolution to my query and I am still sitting with the same problem. I'm a new client to Rain and if I am having issues now i don't think I'll stay long with this provider
