I would like to thank Faith Mark Apalla for the excellent service I received from him. I had been struggling with a Wi-Fi issue for three days and had spoken to several consultants without getting any help. At one point, a call was even disconnected and I never received a callback. When Faith assisted me, he was calm, patient, professional, and understanding. He took the time to listen, helped me calm down, and most importantly, resolved my issue when others couldn’t. Thank you, Faith, for going above and beyond. RAIN is lucky to have someone with such great customer service skills on their team.
