I would like to leave a review on my service I received from Bongani from the RAIN support team , he was patient and helpful with getting my issue sorted out , quick and professional service is hard to come by nowadays and Bongani went over and above and my issue was resolved in less than 30 mins and while we waited on the line for me from the call he made back to me as promised by him , talking me through the process all the way . Good man,excellent service and keep up the good work . Thank you Bongani as it is highly appreciated and I am happy to say with people like Bongani at Rain it will make me stay a loyal and happy customer .😁
