I would like to know about payment options that can be made available. Due to the fact that rain network wasn't working for 4 days on my end to which I did get in touch with yourselfs and was advised there was a issue with the tower ect .. I could not work from home as the network had no connection and had to stay at home with unpaid days for 3 days so I won't be able to pay the full R670 so I would like to know what half payment arrangements can be done Thank you

Hi I just got a WhatsApp saying I didn't make any payment when I asked you guys to take half payment now and I will settle the next half in the middle of the month why is it saying my WiFi will be off when I paid half payment how does this work ???????
