I would like to give an honest review on rain.com agent by the name of Asanda. I have had a billing issue for the past 4 months and have called Rain.com on several occasions to correct it, each time as unsuccessfully as the last. Today I spoke to an agent Asanda she took the time out and patiently heard me out. Upon doing so was able to sort my issue out in minutes. Thank you Asanda for Rain.com. Keep up the good work. I hope you get a promotion as you are already doing the job of a customer care manager all the best to you.
