I would like to give a big shout out to Nonbulelo nzimeni, she has assisted me with something that Rain consultants has been failing to do for more than a year. I’ve called the call centre many times and asked to be assisted with email changes but they have all failed. Many thanks to her I now have the rain app and won’t have to struggle. She was professional, friendly and understanding. She is the most patient and respectful consultant I have ever spoken to from Rain.
