I would like to enquire about the level up that I have made for the 2 rain SIM cards will the money be deducted the 1st of July cause I only leveled up on the 27 of June yesterday?

01 Jul 2024, 07:45I'm not at all impressed with rain I am entirely disappointed this is not on at all . Their website is not clear on the 27 of June I up my level to level 1 and it says it will be added to the next payment date why in heavens name was that R75,00 added to my bill now on the 1st of July !!!!!!! I WANT THAT LEVEL TO BE CANCELLED and I expect that R75 to be added to the 1st of August I did not budget for a R670 now . UNBELIEVABLE!!! Rain is quick to add and to take money but their support team is useless and not to mention the internet connection I am so upset I feel that I should do a review on social media to let people know about how poor rain experience I have had this far.
