I would like to compliment Daniel for his outstanding service. He called me to assist with my connection issues, which had brought me close to cancelling my contract. He immediately arranged a device swap, and today he followed up again to guide me through the setup, explain how to configure everything, and share tips on getting the best possible connection. I truly appreciate his passion, patience, and ability to simplify everything for the customer. I feel empowered and confident after his assistance.
