I wish I had fibre

Rain has the worst customer service ever really don't know what they getting paid for dont even mention the constant internet connection issues which is still being looked into feels like there technical team works for NASA. I paid my account this month and they said my account was cancelled back in September 2025 but they debited my account every month now I'm waiting for the retentions teams who probably works in space as well to either refund me or reinstate my internet access since the 28th January 2026.
