I was warned about this so call service provider and I regret not listening

I cant connect to the internet which I also use for work and now I am stuck, I tried every way possible to reach out to network support at rain and I eather hold on the line till I give up or I get a hold of someone but they hang up mid call. I also requested a callback on their website but I am not geting any calls. Im so frustrated!
