I was very happy with the service, I received from Ntombokanyo,the agent which assisted me. She was friendly,extremely helpful, attentive and an overall nice person to deal with,she did her best to resolve my issue,but the matter had to be escalated to the relevant department, but I am so pleased to have dealt with such an absolutely amazing person..Thank you once again for your assistance Ntombokanyo@Rain
