I was told that if I change my password the R10 deductions will stop and I did that, however R10 transactions are still showing on my bank statement

I was told that if I change my password the R10 deductions will stop and I did that, however R10 transactions are still showing on my bank statement. There is a recent one for yesterday, please see the attached. I still maintain to say no one has access to my Rain app and I am not the one authorizing these topups and I want them to stop
