I was surprised when Rain ask a review after this bad incident. It WAS a great for about 5 Years. Might be 6. Could have been longer. The tower is about 500 meters from me. But when problems arise you won't get any help from them. They have no support. I have 18 reference numbers already. I phoned a couple of times but they only trouble shoot method is restart and speed test. They were eager to cancel( it might be a good thing) and they need their device back. That old device will only frustrate another customer. We did test another newer rain device a Huawei ZTE at my place without any problems. Luckily I can look for another provider before end of month.
