I was struggling to use my sims for two weeks but finally am able to use it

I was struggling to use my sims for two weeks but finally am able to use it. There is just one thing that they dont do and that is informing their clients of the mybroadband platform that is available to contact them. I have been a client for two weeks now and struggled to get hold of them. Then i started searching on google and found the platform. Since then i got hold of them easily and all my issues was resolved
