I was so excited I would finally get my router n work with no interruptions as I work from home but Rain didn't deliver my router and when I call them they keep saying I will receive it tomorrow

I was so excited I would finally get my router n work with no interruptions as I work from home but Rain didn't deliver my router and when I call them they keep saying I will receive it tomorrow. I'm so disappointed at their service and unfortunately I am now canceling my contract cz it's of no use paying for something I won't be able to use.
