I was on the brink of terminating my relationship with RAIN internet after a bad upgrade experience until i was assisted by a gentleman by the name Lulama Memke. I just have to give him his flowers. He is very professional and knowledgeable about his job. He personally followed up on my query and called me back multiple times as promised until the problem was solved. He went out of his way to assist and From the time i started interacting with Lulama, he immediately understood the problem and within 3 working days my upgrade was rectified. His work ethic, customer service and follow through are beyond me. I appreciate this man and call upon Rain to recognize him. He truly understands what customer service is all about.
