I was informed by the sales person that a link will be sent to me on a monthly basis for payment (as Rain does not do debit order) - yet this morning Rain deducted money from my account - I did not even provide Rain with my account info!! Also the installment amount deducted was MORE than the installment option I chose!! Shocking to start a business relationship in this manner!!
