I was helped by a lady called Bongiwe and she was helpful but the thing is my parcel was returned twice in this week because of my problem which I explained to them and they agreed to deliver but now the courier guy arrived today but he didn't give me my parcel ..he said that they didn't explain my problem so he can't give me my parcel
