I was having issues connecting to my home router, the connection seemed completely offline

I was having issues connecting to my home router, the connection seemed completely offline. I called in and this lovely lady assisted me. The call cut and she was kind enough to call me back, waited patiently for me to get home as I was 2 mins away from home at the time. She was very clear and managed to assist me get my network back online. Great service.
