I was having connectivity issues so I called the customer service line. After navigating my way to get to speak to a consultant I was offered the option to have the consultant call me back due to the current delays in taking my call. I was most surprised to get the call back for a very helpful consultant who resolved my issue. Great service Rain. Thank you.
