I was happy to take the call as I was experiencing problems with my internet. The youn man who spoke to me was patient and re-explained things for me. My only criticism is he spoke very fast. He knows the product, but I don’t. Technological dinosaurs need a few seconds longer to grasp things. I was grateful for his assistance and it was great to speak to a human being and not a machine.
