I was handled with care and patience, by a lady named Okuhle! I had an issue with porting my number to my new Rain Sim cards and she guided me through the whole process and helped me realize where I had made a mistake! She was also very much willing to explain in detail what the new Rain101 is about even though that wasn't my reason for calling! She answered all my _silly_ questions with such patience and compassion! She didn't get short with me nor get annoyed by my many questions! Totally deserves some sort of incentive! ✨
